I’m Emma. I am a trained geophysicist, project manager and qualified coach. I have 12 years of experience working in a technical role at large global corporate companies within the energy industry.
I am passionate about supporting women in STEM, inclusivity, growth and continuous development. I want to create environments where humans thrive, feel supported and have no limits.
I have grown up in consistently male-dominated environments, I have navigated spaces where you have to push a little harder to be seen, heard and valued. After experiencing severe burnout, two back surgeries and debilitating chronic pain I embarked on a new adventure to align my work with my values and help others do the same. This is my why.
As an ICF accredited coach, I provide a grounded presence for deep thinkers who want clarity and direction.
My values are personal growth, compassion, helping others, open and honest communication, fun and relationships.
